42 sounds on the small side, you will have to run higher fuelpressure to fuel 600 horses with 42 lbs injectors, that or dangerously long duty cycle, also if its high impedance injectors your you will limit your dutycycle at high revs as the minimum injector turn on time is unchanged,

but a 255 lbs pump should just cut it... personally it run two and turn the other on at wot over a set rpm..

but do the injector math for what ever injector you buy, they are all different
