Thanks Perry. Dr. Gas make Spintech mufflers. I haven't seen Dr. Gas make these bends.

I definitely appreciate all the info. Anyone else have suggestions?

Yeh, I think Dr Gas is a distributor for Spintech mufflers. Spintech has a bigger selection of sizes and bends, in either stainless or mild steel, than Dr Gas does.

You may have to buy a standard circular mandrel bend of the correct height/bend radius, slit it down the middle, and butt weld in flat pieces to create the oval cross section.

I'm not aware of any suppliers that offer bent ovalized tubing in the configuration you want, but it doesn't mean they aren't out there.

Thanks for the input guys. I'll checkout Spintech. If all else fails I could always do the splice like Blown recommended.
