Finally found some time to get some work done on the Challenger.. Next week we get the trunk & hood mounted.. & the driving begins to proof all the prototype suspension we have developed.. So far all is looking good!

Chris, this is a fantastic build. Sorry you had to take so much flak for it. Some people go out of their way to push their opinions onto you. So many of these cars were destroyed racing or on the street over the years that it should not even be a conversation in the first place.

I really like every little detail about this build, including the engine choice.

What bore size did you end up with on the master cylinders? and if you don't mind me asking what drove you to increasing the pedal ratio? Was it from track experience with blu balz?

Turned out great Chris, I on the other hand am glad you took so much flack for the build. LOL

Can't wait to see that car out and about, it doesn't seem like you build any trailer queens. I know that thing will get rung out.

See ya, Ron

We are @ 7/8 bores on the master cylinders & the pedal feels is stiff.. but that will change.. Late this week we will start testing on Hawk pads.. so if I can get the instant bite on the pads to leave room for some modulation on the pedal.. we will keep the 7/8 bores on the m/c.. but take into consideration that I have Wilwood Superlites 1.62/1.12/1.12 on the front calipers & 1.25 on the rear.. If I make a change.. it will be to 1.75/1.38/1.38 on the front calipers on W6A's.. Hawk does not make pads for these calipers.. but can get a custom set if required like I have for Blu Balz.. We increased the pedal ratio to gain some leverage which I can tell that I have gained when stopping the car... but all that information will be gained & tested later this week.. The brakes on Blu work great on stock pedal ratio.. only need to add brake ducts & now we are running Castro React SRF Racing brake fluid, Hawk Pads

To early to say.. but the car had great forward bite.. Slung it a bit from side to side.. On the video the car had no sway bars on yet.. Got BF Rivals on it.. RideTech shocks that have been re-valved to our specs.. 850 front springs & 600 on the back.. Need to set my pinion angle..

My experience with the 3 link on this car that we tested on another one here @ the shop had great corner bite.. you felt like you could roll on the throttle & hold without the car stepping out from you.. & that car had no rear sway bar..
