That was what I was trying to get across, is the extra labor. But its all part of the game. For my challenger it what I want. I want a 3.5" ride height with ability to tuck a big tire. I can fab the chassis myself, but you guys are proven and us guys in the industry all knows it works great

Im sure you would be happy with one of these, and headers(DSE) guaranteed to fit. Another possible option to look at:

When I built another car it would be with an AME full chassis for certain.

Look through there catalog sometime, or any number of built threads featuring their chassis on this site.

Hey Matt -- thanks for the post. I'm definately learning as I go here. Two experts spoke to me about body bushings - Frank and Tyler. I also read about Todd's (Vegas69) tranny support issues when he used 1/2 height on the DSE front clip. Granted his clip is not made by AME, but I wanted to avoid any potential issues - and I would've loved to have run 1/2 height nushings. I'm running a TKO600, btw so I don't have T56 trans tunnel issues. My other advisor, Dick @ BOS, spoke to me about inner wheelhouse issues at load which I plan on clearancing before I go to engine bay paint. Any other advise you have, lay it on me! Thanks again Matt...
