Looking nice!

I know I'm nowhere close to spending what I need to finish, just figuring that if I keep collecting parts and working on it here and there it should get finished some day.

That's what most of us say, however, after months of "spending responsibly," and buying a little bit here, and a little there, eventually you will cave and start doing whatever you can to get it done. Then you will get it done and spend the next three to six months wondering how your car could consume so much money in so short a period of time,

Rob, the transmission tunnel is looking good. Are you going to have the Roadster Shop put a 4pt, or similar, cage in the car while it is over there?

I'm still up in the air on the cage decision. I know it will have a 4/5pt cage for sure but maybe more. I'm heading out to check out the car in person and wrap up with RS. Cage is on the list of things to talk about but it isn't a critical path item on my project yet.

I prefer 6pt over a full cage on a car that will be driven on the street. Wouldn't want to bean your melon on a roll bar tube with no helmet (even with padding).

Or you could just drive around wearing a helmet all the time like the Stig

Nice panel work. Custom RS stuff or someones patch panels? Can't wait for this thing to make it's way home so I can see it in person.

Looks good, but I'd advise you to padlock your engine for now. I hear that the FE's go missing these days

The floor pans were patch panels. It won't be home soon enough.

Thanks Wayne. My buddy is going in for double hip replacement next month so I'm pulling for you both to be 100%

My heads pretty hard so maybe it doesn't matter. I may be the Stig's American vegetarian cousin.

Yea but you're BadMatt and BadMatt is just plain crazy racer boy lunatic fringe who listens to him. He runs a fuel cell as a gas tank, a fuel cell in a PT car and he runs an SB2 what a nut
