Nice. Just got rid of mine. Picking up a Z06 to replace it. Did you go 6 speed or SMG on the M5?

As much as I love 6pds, I went with the SMG since it's a lot faster than the 6spd. I have about 250 miles on it now and really like the SMG. I put on RD sport springs on it, RPI cold air scoops, BMC filters and will be installing the Meisterschaft GT Performance exhaust with sections 1&2 tomorrow. I'm still deciding on wheels..

What type of gas mileage do you get on that thing?

Every day driving and abuse, right about 16mpg. It gets almost exactly what my last truck with a 5.3 got for mileage, the DOD, or active fuel management, helps make up the difference in the larger displacement. It's by far the best truck I've ever owned.

03' Chevy Z71 red Extented Cab is my daily driver, but I have been driving my wifes 04' Ford Escape a lot back and forth to school. The escape gets good MPG and is easier to park in those wonderful college parking spaces.

The Boston T system!

Takes a solid hour to go from school to the office. I switch lines in that time too. Although I can read the paper and drive! And stand the entire time packed tightly!

Next Year! The NYC Subway system...which after a short experience this summer...is a bit faster then the Boston MBTA!
