Those colors look cool together. Is the hood painted yet?

Here a little add on to the front spoiler, just mocked up real quick on my other 69. The GT2 will have special mounts for it so it can be removed when I want to look more "historically correct" I made it from an 8mm Airex foam core and 3 layers of CF. Not too pretty as its a wear part on the track anyway.

I like it...simple, yet it adds a custom touch to an otherwise common chin spoiler.

Car looks great! When I finally get to building my 69 Mach I, I'm going to have to get some build opinions from you.

Definitely getting somewhere now! I've been itching to drive it for a year now but now were in reach of something. Trying to get at all together and dialed in for SEMA but still missing a sponsor to get us into the OPTIMA Challenge. HINT HINT BBK!

Instrument cluster (gauges from www.speedhut.com):

Hood and trunk lid waiting for cut & buff. Hood louvres came out good!

RAAMmat BXT for noise and some trick heat insulation here and there. Trying not to get carried away weight-wise:

The nice MC's from CNC + brake lines and a line lock (just in case!):

Looking forward to seeing the end result.

Hi:

Great Build, I've really been enjoying reading about it.

A question?

Assuming that this will be driven on the Street, Where will the Rear License Plate go?

Keep us the good work!

Thanks,

Ty
