Default New NRE Billet Intake Manifold

This is our new Intake manifold.pictures are at http://www.lateral-g.org/NRE This is the new standard intake on our TT motors and na 427s Some of its highlights are it uses Hidden dual injectors per cyl.For a combined 120 pound per hour of injector per hole along with injectors placed for a straight shot at the back of the valve.Built in boost refernced fuel regulators one for primary injectors one for secondary.Stainless throttle linkage on heim joints which is hidden in the center of the throttle body.Offset throttle shaft in t.b so it won't stick open under big boost conditions. The entire manifold is cut from solid billet and has all oring connections.Weve taken the best of all the intakes over the years and slapped it in this. The runners have a specific taper angle and the plenum volume is all scienced out.And the best thing is it's exactly the same everytime because the entire intake is fully Cnc machined. The tps, map, air temp are also machined into lower plenum to be hidden. All the fuel connections are in the back of the manifold. two in two out.Weve dynoed 6 of these so far and the results are incredible the throttle response of this intake is like no other motor weve ever tested. You can breathe on the throttle and its on the limiter. My normal tt 427 is now making 1730 hp with this intake and idles like a kitten.I will have videos in a week or so along with billet valve covers to match the intake.Let me Know what you think.

I am afraid to ask how much that piece of sculpture is going to cost.

Default Billet intake questions

We will be offering it in a non polished it's actually my favorite finish.Scott will post a shot of one later tonight. The manifold you see is for short and tall deck sbc 23 degrees we have both.We are cutting the 9.8 and 10.2 deck bbc's as we speak. And the lsx's are being drawn at the moment.8000.00 is what i will be selling them for that includes the throttle body, fuel regs, water neck and all the fittings and stainless hardware, throttle linkage, two sets of seimen deka injectors, assembled ready to go,wish i could sell it cheaper but there's 100 hours of machine time in one manifold. And the aluminum raw is over 1000 bucks.
