Default Oil pan ls3 416

I need a little help, what is a good oil pan to go with for my ls3 that I am putting in 69 camaro, I see holley has one for around 400.00. I would not mind taking the car to the track someday and doing a little road racing, possibly, I also see the canton around 500.00, I will probably be driving on the street mainly, or do I go with the gm conversion pan that they offer throught performace parts for around 250.00. Not sure if I really need a 500.00 oil pan, thanks

The GM conversion pan is pretty deep. Some guys don't care for it as it does hang down below a 1st gen Camaro cross member.

If you want to stick with a cast aluminum pan Mast makes a conversion ban with nice baffling.

I went with an Autocraft pan (Made by Champ) as it has actual trap doors as I plan to track the car.

That Mast pan is a pretty nice pan. I may get it. Nothing wrong with a cast pan since you are just like me..."mainly a street car." Mine is 100% a street car. It'll never see a track so cast is fine for me.
