Default Making brake lines need some help

Have a hard time getting the bubble formed for a double flare. For the first step the bubble is just not forming so basically I have single flares for brake lines if I do not fix the problem. Not sure what going on unless I am not getting enough tube above the die holder and beveled before pressing it with a die.
Thanks

Maybe these will help

Make sure you're using the flared side of the line clamp!

......and the most important part, don't forget to put the gravel guard and flare nut on before flaring.

Are you not removing the adapter and finishing the flare with the swivel?
