yes, you have a 12v input, then the respective cam/crank signals out. the lil led lights up when its in sync, then the rotor is "phazable" with 2 torx head screws...make sure they are tight

edit: i dont remember the colors for the input wires, but i assume the actual question was if its a 12v input signal.... and the answer to that is yes. hall effect needs input voltage.
