I hate to even post my little slow 9 second car after Rod's killer. But until last year (sitting in the garage since 2006 Run Thru the Hills, damn shame, need to get time to use it) it got a couple thousand street miles a year, and a few hundred passes since 1998 when we finished it.

Frank:

Very Nice!

It's cool you get it out and drive it and drive it on a semi regular basis.

At 9 seconds, I'm sure it can still be a handful.

"Street" cars like this don't get the attention they deserve.

Thanks for Posting it.

Ty

To All:

If possible, even the people who drive, "More Street Friendly", cars (That Look like Race Cars) are invited to post as well.

Your still a segment that are not often seen.

The guys NASCAR post for his Street Chevelle is a good example.

Please post your, "Race Car", rides also.

Thanks again to those who have posted so far. Very Cool!

Ty

I got tired of making #'s with race tape at road events so I had sticker #'s made by a printing place with "less sticky" adhesive. When I was at Road Atlanta for a NASA weekend event there happened to be a cruise night at YEAR ONE down the street Sat. night so we decided to go check it out and took my car. The whole crowd turned and stared as I rolled in! then I realized it must be the #'s that were still on the car!

So now I run them as well the other stickers (windshield banners etc.) on the street for a short time after an event. Then when I want a more subdued look or more elegant look I take them all off.

I was really wanting to check out the, "Street Legal", cars, however, if you have a fun ride, post it. (There's always room for one more);-)

Do you have some pictures from the side?

Are you pipes, "True", side mount headers?

I really like the year, one of my favorites.

Thanks,

Ty
