I think each situation is different! Each auction is about time of day and the day in which the car goes across! The other thing, which is cool about our industry is everyone has built there car different! One guys spends more on things that the next does and so on! Going to auction, especially Barretts is ballsy, but everyone wants a different price, some are just not worried about if they lose or not and some make out ok in there eyes, but not the public eyes because they feel the price was low! It will be fun to see the next few years the cars that are sold at auction!

I think the trend is going to be more and more towards modified classics opposed to stockers. Collectors that actually drive their cars are realizing that a car that stops and handles is whole lot more fun than a car with bias ply tires and drum brakes!
