Default LS1 Wiring harness question

Does anyone know what (if I can) I'd need to change on my LS1 wiring harness and computer (I'm sure I just reprogram this, no problem) that came from an automatic car to make it work with a T-56?

well first off the trans wiring is different, so you need to adapt the wiring, and the PCM needs to be reflashed. Have you checked out LS1tech, I'm almost positive they have a write up on the swap.
