Need help with Holley fuel pump!

Sounds like the pump may be hitting a pressure head, therefore unessarily loading the pump and it is thermally shuting off... which is not good.

Hey thanks for getting back with me..... Lets see..... Im using the Holley blue pump (110 gph/ 14psi). I have the pump just a bit lower then my DSE SS fuel tank. The line size is #6 or -6. I am using a regulator it was set up at 7 lbs but today it was down to 3 at idle. No its not set up as bypass.

I hope this info will help get me back on the road.
