I give it 6 months and you will need more space. I remember when I thought 10,000 sq ft was huge. It is never big enough.

I used epoxy-coat brand epoxy. seems good so far, nice and glossy. I will be finishing my brothers 69 firebird in it and I am also in the middle of a frame off restoration of a 1978 International Scout II for a customer. I can't wait to get in the new shop. Still need my lift at home to get the scout rolling. Hopefully by the end of the week I can start taking my lift apart. I have a lot of tools to move. It will make for a long weekend.
