Sorry...FWC = "Fresh Water Cooled" meaning it has a closed cooling system with coolant for the engine side, uses a heat exchanger and doesn't allow raw seawater to enter into the block/manifolds...If you post an engine pic, it would be easy to tell....PT&T = Power tilt and trim (looks like it has that). Good luck with the sale!
