Strange comment ...considering the Nitto tires are among the best handling tires available, regardless of where they're made.I also happen to like the way they look, which is a biggie in my book.
Some of those other performance tires have some strange tread patterns that I would not put on one of my cars...regardless of price.

It's a global world we live in...in case you didn't notice.

corvette zr1 - michelin ps2
ferrari f430 - pirelli p0
honda accord- nitto ?
get some good tires , do not buy because the tread pattern looks cool?

I guess everyone is intitled to their own opinion, right or wrong...

Please post up pictures of your rides with your tire choices!

Im with John they have to look good. When you have a big dollar wheel a boring tire would ruin it.

AJSZR2326 are you serious? im really not sure, hence the reason im asking. what tires would you run? is every part of those that you like made in an American factory by American English speaking workers? any reason you dont like them other than where they originated? just asking because i was about to get a set and id like to hear your opinion. btw, theyre the only ones that make the 305/35/20 that i need.

sorry to hijack john, but im a little perplexed........

Tim

We just got the 305/35/20 wrapped around some Rushforth Fuels (pics coming soon), and they look awesome.

You are telling us that you don't own anything made outside of the U.S.? Come on..... take a look at your shoes and see where those are made. Parts for your U.S. car? Most electronics?

I like the tire and I am happy to have them. Again, just my opinion, and don't mean to change the subject of this thread also.
