Default Pics of My Regal with a Buick 455

Thought I'd share some pics of my Regal.

It's not a "Pro-Tourer" yet but she's a start.

hope you enjoy them!

I fianaly got to truely enjoy it this summer after having issues of one kind or another over the past 4 years

COOL!!!
Are you going to stay with the 455 or go with a FI engine instead?
I can picture a nice 383 stroker in that engine bay!!!
GOOD LUCK!

Looks Good. A work in progress really needs to be driven and enjoyed. To the diehard few Buick folks dont forget the relative light weight of the "big" Buick blocks and the massive amounts of torque they produce. Be sure and gear it to take advantage of that!

Yep Torque... LOTS of it!!! GN 200R4 overdrive trans with 3.42 gears.
Is that a decent gearing?

Would perfer to eventually go to FI

I got a complete GN interior to put in it eventually,Door panels, Bucket Seats, Dash, and a Console with floor shifter.

Mine looks like a 4x4 riding on 205/65/15's in the front and 275/60/15's in the rear
(see the gap between the top of the front tire and the wheel opening?)

Now this is the Lowered stance my son and I agree upon this is "SWEET!!"

Its Rolling on the same size as mine 275/60/15's rear and 26" tall fronts.
I like how those 28"tall rears fill up the rear wheelwells on our cars.
Just don't know how those size tires would do with a Pro-Touring style set up, IE::: twisties and some salom course playing.
Too much sidewall?

With that said I love to maybe eventually 2-tone the paint and put on a front end like the one in the pictures below with GNX fender flares.

Any ideas on where to start?

I do believe there is a website called, turbobuicks.com.
They might be able to help you out a little better since they deal with strictly just Buicks.
GOOD LUCK with the build!!!
