No harm done, I found it quite humorous and enjoyed the response. I just grin and bare it these days. What else can you do once they have your car and all the $. It's on the fine line of criminal. It was a great response, keep em' coming.

Creative excuses and bad time management. Probably shouldn't have paid the final lump of doe up front. It's been sitting like this for the past 4 months. Doors are also painted and the hood and valance need to be painted but they been final blocked and wet sanded. He's a good guy and the works amazing, he's only five minutes from my house but I can't seem to get him to finish it. He chooses to do work on other cars that came in after mine. Pretty disheartening. Soooo I've been keeping myself busy restoring my sons 66 chevelle 300 while he's away at college. It's a surprise. Mine has been over there a year and 7 months. Oh well. Here's a before it went over and how it sits now, remember it was once at DSE and has new floors, quarters, rear panel, shock towers raised, mini tubbed, 9" installed, vintage air pre mounted and baer brakes installed. Then it had a Wayne Due front clip installed. I bought brand new gm fenders out of canada along with a long list of goodies and worked it for four months before taking it there and it's still over there. You don't want to know how deep I'm into him $ wise. I gotta stop before I get going again if you know what I mean. Hope to see you all in Vegas!

Ive been in the same situation with a couple cars.only thing that kept me going was knowing the kind of work the guy was capable of.after finally getting the vehicle back I was very happy.just took to darn long.looks like fronm last picture they are making progress.I must say I was a pain in his butt after a while with threats of taking car, he finally finished it.
