A few things Ty,

First off, you will be using a 140-9803 that replaced the 140-7019. The 140-9803 is a radial mount and has even better caliper to spoke clearance then 140-7019. This is a god thing for you with the problem you have with your wheel clearance.

As for spindles, if you do not want a tall spindle that has drop ion it, you are going to be forced into stock spindles and a G mod. or stock spindles and a tall upper ball joint

As for subframes that use stock spindles, look at Speedtech. This is what we run in Project EmptyNest and we are very happy with it.
