I agree, but if I painted it Chevy Orange somebody would want it black. I think the price cut pretty much takes care of the paint and then some.

do you know if it has 4 bolt main , assume it dosen;t have roller valve train?

I ask the builder, The 454 is a 2 bolt block. Unless someone wants to build a blower or nitrous motor, track only tpe vehicle. A 2 bolt is plenty strong enough for most.
