yeah thats pretty funny but if you check out the second to last page there is a guy with a similar profile name the same as the original thread starter claiming it was all a joke. i guarantee that if its been thought of, its been done!

I saw a post on another site a couple of years ago where a guy wanted to make sure he got ALL the oil out during the oil change, so drained it, then took it for a drive around the block with the plug out...... about a week later the motor wasnt running right so posted a question on why.....

And another....... guy detailed his car....liked the "new tire look" he got with the Armorall on the tires so did the treads too..... made them look brand new !!!! all nice and shiney...... he posted to find out why his car wasnt handling right anymore......

There are some dumbass people out there.....

Don't forget the guy on the VW message board that heard about extrude honing; he assumed he was supposed to pass abrasive through the ports while the engine was running and sucked it in through the intake.
