First gen Camaro guys need some help asap!

Im at work right now and I need a measurement off of my car. I need to measure the white area in this pic. Just need it close! A buddy is willing to cut me a piece of sheet metal for free but need that measurement now. If anyone could help it would be great!!!

68-3/4 to 69 inches will put the piece inside the lip
