Default CF 70-76 Firebird hoods

Hi Guys,
I just got off the phone w/ Matt at Anvil Auto (the carbon fiber folks). I was speaking w/ him regarding his 70-73 nose and 70-75 Formula hood.
When I first read about him molding a Formula hood, my brain clicked on a bulb- EVERY Formula hood I've seen is warped in some way. My solution for him was to mold a T/A hood and get a splash of the Formula scoops and combine them. Then we have a T/A hood as well!! After speaking a bit, we came to the conclusion that it would be better to have a stock flat 70-76 hood- three (3) holds available!!
Now my questions-- anybody in the SoCal area have a flat hood to donate to the project?
Does anyone know of a difference between the underside of a T/A and a stock hood (other than the hole)?
Anybody have a STRAIGHT Formula hood?
Matt can be reached at [email protected]
Thanks!
John-- JC455 or PonchoJohn

The stamped sheetmetal bracing is different on the flat hood and the TA hood.
