We think it should come in around 3000 lbs and we plan to run one size smaller pulley so power should be around 700 HP. It will be controlled by a FAST computer system.

We are hoping Optima does the street car shootout again because we would love to test it out right after SEMA. Maybe I could borrow Dave and Mary from Steve to drive it for us next year????

Thanks for all interest already,
Mike

Sweet project! Too bad you can't get a little more dish on the rear wheel though.

Yes, that would look better but the whole idea is to replicate the engineering & look of ZR-1 vette. There is give and take on any project. You lose alittle look but gain better performance. We really want this to drive just like a new ZR-1 vette. I have read in Car and Driver or Motor Trend where they are calling the vette a "hyper car" & Ferrari & Lambo owners shouldn't even try..... That is a pretty strong statement from a major magazine.

That is a sweet build!
Am I missing something with all the ZR1 parts popping up around this site?
I thought the LS9 wasn't going to be released until next fall? Does anyone has a price on them yet?
