Default out of ICU

Kenny is being transferred to Room 1125 and out of ICU this is a huge step. Once again he is at St. Johns Hospital in Tulsa, Ok. As far as I know visiting hours are from 9am-6:00pm and 8pm-10pm but I will verify that after I go over there this evening.

Marty, just a suggestion of maybe adding the paypal address to the first post. I could not find it at first and dug through the thread and found it in post #75.

glad to hear he is doing well!

It is always the little things or unsuspected things that get ya, a friend in the Porsche 914 world (I have a tube chassis 914 with 525HP SBC) had jacked his car up in the air and used a jackstand to hold it up - one of the mondo ones to top it off. The jackstand failed, dropped the car and crushed his head between the shop floor and the rocker of the car (these cars are low BTW)! His wife heard the screaming and knew enough to get the jack and jack the car up off of him. He too survived (had some dental issues from it) and it is amazing what the body can take, but just goes as a reminder to take extra care even in the most mundane or seemingly safe of situations. I use 2 jackstands and leave the jack in place if there is room now every time I work on the car for example.

sorry for the slight hijack but wanted to throw that info out there as historically I have been very trusting of a single jackstand. Again, glad to hear he is pulling through.
