Default 63 Nova SS and 72 Monte

Hi, Everybody

Been checking out the site for awhile. And figured I better show the cars.
These are both father and son projects we are working on. I'm 36 and he's
72.

First one.

1963 Nova SS

It was pretty much all original except for the paint when we picked it up.
stock 194ci., power glide,steelies w/dog dish hub caps you get the idea.Ran
around for the first year 2006. Then proceeded that winter build a new drivetrain and keeping close to stock apperance.

Engine:
250ci, Eagle rods, Venolia pistons, Comp cams custom ground shaft, Harland-Sharp roller rockers, cmplete studed motor ARP's, Clifford dual carb intake, 2 Weber progressive carbs, Split Header, Msd Billet distributor. Motor made on break-in run on dyno with carbs not set 278hp@6800 after some tuning its breakin 300hp. not to bad for a In-line 6

Trans and rearend:
Built 700r4 w/ shift kit 10" convertor and a ford 8.8 narrowed w/ 4:10 and posi. and disc. brakes

Frontend:
CPP mini-sub kit , tubular a-arms , drop spindles , and disc brakes. Rack and pinion steering . 3.5" drop front and 2.5" in the rear.

Misc.:
Completly stock except for Auto meter gauges and a lokar shift in stock location in console. 16 " Torque Thrusts and Cooper tires . Line lock , Be Cool Radiator , Spal Fan Controller









Second Car:

1972 Monte Carlo

all original AZ car. 80,00 actual miles , 350/t350 factory air , it has every invoice of service done to car since new for original ower . Bought in 2006 also. Lowered 2" and put on 18" eagle alloys and tinted windows. Hit a deer in late 07' and has been sitting since .

In process:
Complete refinish factory color. CPP tubular a-arms, trailing arms, coils , drop spindles, and a big disc brake kit.

Future :
Turbo LS moto, Overdrve trans , rims and tires, gearing , and some interior upgrades.

Those are two nice cars you and your father have. I love the Nova.

The Nova is the coolest cars every build as power to weight. good job
