HD CNC Plasma Table can cut material 4' x 20' and thicknesses from sheet metal to 1.5" plate steel. It can cut steel, stainless, and aluminum. Cuts are exact and flawless through out any material or thickness.

We are looking to get more use out of this machine. We will be listing a few new products on our web site and Lateral-G shortly. If anyone has anything they would like CNC cut, I would be happy to quote it for you. There is an optical scanner built into the machine, so we can scan patterns and create exact duplicates if you need parts cut.

There are a few examples of different brackets and gussets that were just cut as examples.

Have any place for a mechanical engineer that will graduate in spring 2010? I have plenty of hands on experience running a performance shop/business and working on cars. Don't have any real welding or metal fabricating skills beyond my machining degree from the local tech school. I want to learn every thing I can though. I think I could also learn to deal with the cold. Your place and DSE look like heaven to me.

Very slick setup. When the next open house is set I'll be there.
