Ring Brothers has the looks, but performance?

Honest question I'd say. It was only what last year that they actually made the Street Machine of the Year cars move under their own power more than just getting from the trailer to the staging area. Until then, it was anyone's guess as to if the cars performed or not typically. Cut the guy some slack, not everyone reads internet chat rooms daily

Are they really all that? You bet they are - and then some.

Their styling right now is cutting edge. The cars are built to actually be driven - if you look around you'll find clips of Razor as well as the last couple of mustangs being driven - hard.

I thought the coolest part of move out at SEMA last fall was when Tyler (in his black '68) and I (behind him in the OLC) were sitting next to the Ring brothers in Razor in rush hour 'Vegas traffic. Traffic sucked and we were just idling away... just three first gens trying to get far away from the convention center.

Most importantly though - I think - is that they are 100% approachable. At shows, on the phone, almost anywhere. I called Jim yesterday to ask him how he had done something on the '69 and he was really accomodating. I was fortunate to have been able to talk to Jim and Mike on several occasions while I was building the '67 - I don't think that many other pro builders would take time out of their day to help a nobody a half a world away.

Top notch builders and first rate people.

true. Thing is, he cared enough about this to post the question inside the Ring Bros thread, and then post a duplicate as a new thread. Sounds like he has an ax to grind.................

To answer your question, yes the Ring Bros cars are both beautiful and functional. I've seen several of their cars being beat on in real life, so they are definitely driven and seem to hold their own.

I had him beat except for barely nicking one cone, doh!!! I should have kept going that afternoon to go for the top spot but my dad's heart couldn't take watching me beat the crap out of it anymore!

Dude, you seriously picked the wrong topic for a first post. You are not serious. They flog the piss out of every thing they build. We are in hat rack land here.
