You know cardboard is lighter then steel.

So when are we going to cut out those rails?

Nice work!

I have to say - damn you have a serious collection of vise-grips and clamps. That slat wall works pretty good for tool organization too. I'll have to keep that in mind.

Roger,

I told you to not let the cat out of the bag. Just don't tell anyone about my new welder that can weld the two together. Lincoln 250 Card-Board-O-Matic w/ pulse option.

I think these rails I'm cutting in-house. To simple !!

Finally a couple more pics. Got the pass. frame rail, exhaust cut out, and front arm pocket done. All this cause the customer wanted side exhaust. So I had to figure out how to make this thing into a brick house and still let the exhaust out the side.

Yes and no. He thought of doing it like the original. If you have ever seen that you should be killed on the spot. So I showed him an option and went with it. I think it will look tits when finished. If you've seen the new Lexus 460 sedan rear exhaust it will use that concept and idea. The tips will have the same contour as the body panel and sit flush. It'll be pretty trick !!

That is real nice work bench decoration in the back ground of the first pic. In 2 months I would have thought you might have gotten farther then that.

Come on buddy.
