Look a little harder -Troy University in, are you ready, "Troy, Alabama" LA-Lower Alabama!! Hwy 231 between Montgomery and Dothan. 60 miles from Florida, That's as LA as they get- Not as LA as the Florabama in Gulf Shores or as LA as Dauphin Island, But LA just the same. Still there last time I checked!!
