I think the V6 would do great with a small twin turbo kit.
I wasn't a big fan when they came out with the new Camaro
prototypes a few years back but it is growing on me. I might get a base V6 one when they start getting more readily available.

There is one about 2 blocks from my house that I am going to try and test drive this weekend. It is black and I personally do not like the way they look in black. The silver and yellow ones look very good. I also still wish they would get rid of the horizontal 67 Camaro line that cuts the car in two but oh well. Maybe the next Camaro will delete that and lean toward a full 69 design. I was also surprised to see that it had 19" wheels. It also sits way too high. I figure if I drive in with a 69 Camaro I will hopefully have a pretty good chance to test drive it. Personally I still like the new Challenger better. Just too bad the new Challenger is soo heavy.
I will try to get a pic of my Camaro next to it just for fun.

I think I see the paddle shift on that one...how well does that actually work?

The top dog SS can ge ordered with 21" rims!

The only way they seem to pull this off is the HUGE ON LARGE fender well openings. Yes...they sit too high.

I was thinking a killer body kit/mod would be to "EYE BROW" the fenders like a 69 and run the body line back - that and a more elongated rear lamp housing (69 also)...and that puppy would be finished.

A body kit that converted the entire side of the car to look like the 69 would make that one heck of a car. The front and rear are good the way they are. Just make a body kit that gets rid of the side features that try to make it look like a 67 and it will be perfect.

Car is amazingly fun in person. I drove a IOM 2SS/RS with orange interior last weekend and was surprised with how nice it was. I fear I like it more than I had thought I would. We will see if I try and get one.

Keep us updated on your builds as I'm sure they will be amazing!

I agree to little to late and this thing should have the finish and quailty of a Bently for the amount of time it took to release it!
Im a Chevy guy through and through but never own one of these.
Even when a year goes by and you can get them for a 10,000 under orginal sticker. Hats off for brining it back but what a mess there in and made of these cars!
