The issue is in the subframe, the bushings that have been used in the past may have been shorter and the mechanic may have used a inpact to tighten the bolts and it colapses the metal and now the new bushings and sleeves are slightly longer.

Have a look at the pics, this is the best fix we have come up with to spread the mounting locations to make the arms fit. The arms are fine it is the subframe that needs to be manipulated.
if you look at Project halftrak True had the same problem and he also explanes how to remedy the problem.
