Hey Brandon,

For the sheetmetal stuff I like to use 1/16" tungsten, with a #4 cup, and .045 filler rod. Hope that helps you out.

Get yourself the Miller quick reference guide --- and just follow their recommendations... THEY have lots of experience. BTW == It also makes a difference if you're using a gas lens cup... vs standard torch etc. The flow is so much better on the gas lens...

Personally I use the pedal style voltage regulator and really modulate this when I'm welding thin stuff.. helps keep the heat down.

Billy, your name sounds familar..Did you own a grey nova with meteros? Didnt it smash into a wall at a little track?

If so is this a new project or the same car just ripped apart?

Yes sir, That was me. This Nova project is a different car however. The other one is salted away for the time being. the build plans for it are too instense for my current budget so im going to have to wait a little while on that one.
