Send them over with $100 stuffed into the box and I will do it

And yeah, they are staying out of the car until it's done, glad I didn't have to learn that the hard way. I feel bad for some of our customers lol.

I got the passenger front almost finished today, I just need to lay a coat on the bottom frame and put it together. They look amazing, no wrinkles

Still have some more floor to patch this week. I am going to try to have it inspected for the 4th time this Friday and drive it to the other paint shop, it's getting painted finally this weekend. It failed for no power steering...

Hopefully this weekend, I already have it set up with the painter but the body man is dragging his ass. He said the bodywork will be finished tomorrow. I might have to wave $50 in his face for him to get on it..

Here is how the front seat looks right now. Still cleaning up the bottom frame. The dirt from the seats have made a mess of my room.

I ended up bringing the car back to work for paint. My boss is only charging me $350 for paint versus $700. It was weird, I just pulled it right into the sanding booth, no wait at all. When they were sanding it they found a ton of dents that need to be fixed. The body work was pretty bad, they are basically going to have to go over the car one more time. The good news is that it is only going to be another $100 or so. I told them I would help a little tomorrow but they said it would probably already be painted by the time I got there from school. I need to call and make sure they remove the tail lights and various trim.

Some pictures from today.

Here are some pictures of the rear seats, I set them out in the sun and the wrinkles came out completely. They shrank even more after I took the picture since it was fresh out the sun. It started sprinkling by the time I did the passenger seat so they will look alot better after some sunlight.

They pulled the car out of the paint line today, it was that bad. My boss yelled at the body man and is making him redo it so I am not sure when it will be done now, my boss said tomorrow but idk. Here are some pics before I pulled it back into the body mans area. I am tired of the car sitting, that's all it's done for 4+ months. My boss wants the car done, it's taking up needed space.

I am glad though since now it wont be dented when it comes out the paint booth.

It's just a little longer, you'll be happier with a dent free car I wish I could get more progress on my project. I've had it for like two years now; one day................
