it depends on your budget.... but yes it will do +1 with the right setup and tires....
an sc&s stage 2 front (tall upper and lower balljoints) wil lgive you a better cambergain than a b body spindle... im running ats and im still in awe of what it did to the car... solid bodymounts and boxed frame is highly recomended.. and good rear arms like currie.. and an fays2 watts-link will complete the undercariage if topped with good springs and dampers.... dont skimp in the shocks!
drag radials on all 4 corners will puy a car with the above setup in the +1G category easy.... (i know cause i have one :-) )
