Maybe 150-170. I pick mine up and move it around by myself all the time, it's more awkward (balance) then heavy.
I was aware that he asked for a bare frame, but If you check out the link of information I posted you can see 261 lbs. with arms and all in the picture. Getting rid of the box, sway bar, spindles, coils, arms, hubs, and crossmember can easily drop 100-110 lbs.
