I bet that baby rides like a pillow. I had a 68 Chrysler Newport around 18/19 years old as my winter car. Bought it for 350 bucks. That car rode like a cream puff and had a huge back seat....

Very cool! The design was originally done as a Thunderbird, but given to Lincoln to help spur sales. Lincoln returned the favor in the 80's when Thunderbird was given its "aerobird" look, derived from the Mark VII.

Very cool. Dig the Johnny Lee Hooker soundtrack. Funny how people think the retractable hardtop is recent... They have no idea it goes back over 50 years!
