Default Help Twin turbo holley comander 950 sys

Hello all could really use some help. i have a SBC set up with twin T3 turbos and a holley stealth ram intake running on the holley comander 950 system with wideband o2. Been running this setup for a year or two and playing around with the tune myself, had it running pretty good for idle and crusing speeds. i could not find anyone in my area that knows the holly system. i finally found a shop that has a chassis dyno and said they could tune the holley system for wot runs. five months later i get the car back and it does not run good at all, they say to bring it back but i am not sure if that is a good idea. this was the first time i had a shop work on my car and was not a good experiance.
the car ran 400 rwh @ 10psi of boost and did not have anything more in due the injector cycles per the shop. not sure why i am running 55lbs injectors, maybe a regulator or fuel pump issue. not real concerned with this at the moment.
since the shop tune the engine seems to have a miss, that has a rhythm to it from idle and all rpm ranges. rev the engine in park and it sounds ok seems to be very noticable while in gear and driving.
the miss/stumble can be heard and seen on the tach. i have checked the following so far
i swapped out the coil no change
ohmed out all the plug/coil wires
bypassed MSD system no change
checked all grounds
cap rotor changed

the shop did ajust my valves and poked around my wiring while they had it. i am thinking my ignition is okay. would a bad valve lash produce the type of symtoms i am experiancing?
could it be in the tune? since the miss has a rhythm to it i did not think it could be the tune.
i ran a datalog and looks like all sensors are working correctly.
not sure what else to check other then checking the valve lash.
i am open to any ideas or direction anyone may have.

thanks Joe

I have a Commander 950 system, but I had the system adapted to a Motec M48 box, because the tuner I worked with has had plenty of success using the M48 with turbos, NOS, superchargers, etc. We were able to use most of the existing sensors but he welded a bung on the throttle body to adapt to a Ford IAC instead of the existing.

You should go over to chevytalk.org http://www.chevytalk.org/fusionbb/sh...uel_Injection/
Post this question over there. Doug Flynn is a engineer for holley and knows that system like the back of his hand. He goes by Doug_F on that board.

Good Luck!
