Chris--PM me with specifics on motor if you have a chance---if it's a fit for me, I can pick it up at SEMA if you are willing to bring it out. Let me know.

Chris, how well do those new roof panels fit? Better than say a repop front fender?

This build does not look like a pro build, more like something a normal guy would do in a garage or shop... Maybe I missed a post or reason? Good luck with the end result !

Jason, It's as simple as how much time to repair as to how much time to replace. I think this car is a great example. Chris chose to repair the quarter panels, the majority of the panels are in good shape. So repair time is about, lets say 5 hours compaired to the 15++++ hours a side to replace. The roof would take several hours to repair. The time it would take to repair that roof would be much more time than to replace. You also have to take into consideration what the owner wants or has the money for. There is a ton of other factors that go into this equation, budget and parts availability being just some of it. Chris has alot of time and money invested in his name he's not going to put out sh^t work. I think his cars speak for them self.. I hope this helps you understand .

Chris, thanks for posting the build pictures. I don't post a lot here but I felt the need to chime in and note that I find it amazing how critical some people are being on this thread. I'm getting the since that the majority of the critics have never completed multiple cars themselves and actulaly done this type of metal work before. As someone with a dozen or so cars under their belt I wanted to take the time and say how impressed I am with the work you guys are doing in such a short time and the correct decisions you are having to make on the fly. Your work thus far from what I see is top notch and I would be thrilled to have a car built by you guys (if I didn't have the skills/tools to build my own).

Looking forward to the finished product.
