A -6 bulkhead union to connect your 37 degree fittings to your hardline would work well:

I'd forego the P/S cooler until you're serious about track use. I've been running the stock GM pump with Redline Fluid and it hasn't even seep'd out of the cap's vent hole during some aggressive driving.
