Sorry to hear you are having issues.
I have a Dynacorn 69 vert body. While I don't know for sure, even money says that it is another Dynacorn issue. My DSE dash insert didn't fit right as the bottom of the dash frame was mounted up to high. Atleast you don't have issues such as rear quarters pressing too far in and windshield fram set back to far on one side.
