Looks like a mini-cowl. But the whole point of a closeout is to keep the air pressure on that side of the radiator, this may cause some heat recirculation issues. It does look pretty damn cool though

Saw that last night as well. I always go to DSE's website every once in a while to check on the updates. They do KILLER work!!!
