Default LS1 brakes

I am looking into putting on disk brakes on my 73 camaro but have a few questions about LS1 brakes. Does any one know of a bolt on kit to install Ls1 brakes on my car or would I have to fab some up. Also is it cheaper just to buy a wilwood kit for all four corners instead of the Ls1 brakes? I was quoted about $1500 for the wilwood brakes without cross drilled rotors for all 4 corners.

i know that on first gens that they require a special bracket and some milling of the hub assembly (bearings and shaft)... i'm not sure about the 2nd gens though... it is a fair amount of work for sure.

MaxHarvard,

Thanks for the reply. I saw some of the pics of your car looks like it is coming along nicely. Do you have any idea where to get the braket for the first gen cars? Maybe they can lead into the right place of getting some for my 2 gen.

Thanks for looking, the car is pretty much finished at this point, it drives and looks nice

I got my brackets for the rear brakes of mine off ebay, that'd be the first place i'd look... also check google for "Corvette brakes on a first gen camaro"
