Kind of ghetto but I have done similar installations of switches without a way to mount them. On round backs like this one, put the button through and use a thin hose clamp on the back side, not too tight though. Should work.

I'm going to do a simplified write up with pics on this guys for OTHER people to reference in the future.
Just hang tight.

My media card reader took a **** on me yesterday.
I got it all installed with a relay and it works beautifully.
Plus I keep my column key as well.
