My biggest gripe is all the new stuff that comes out while you're finishing the car and you end up changing direction in the middle of the stream.

If I had Rupp's money it wouldn't be a problem but I don't,lol...

Have you ever hung a headliner, its brutal. And your neck is destroyed afterwards. Crazy thing is I will probably do it again on my new build, and recruit the wife for more hands and stretching.

The part I like the least is the stripping of the old paint and grime... things like that...

Default Wheels

Decisions, I have been trying to decide on wheels for a few years now. I think I am getting close.

bodywork.....ugh...and installing a convertible top.

I actually really enjoyed painting my car, but I still have nightmares of a giant sanding board coming after me.

My favorite part is working the bugs out. Shows what an odd ball I am.

I've tried to forget the waiting portion. Now that I think about it, that was a brutal stage. I'm glad to have it in my possession and be capable of most things. In many ways I understand why guys keep building cars. I guess I prefer to dial in the car I have instead of wishing I would've done it that way. I'll just change it and save myself the trouble. Now, if your style changes or you're just trying to keep up with the times, that's different. Rogue would throw me under the bus, but I prefer driving them. I just want a better than average chance of getting to my destination.
