A quick question/suggestion about the tab and slots in the frame rails. I see in one of the pictures that you are tacking the cross plates inside the rails. Are you guys planning on welding the actual tab and slots on the sides of the rails? I work with a lot of sheetmetal structures at Caterpillar and we have found that making the tab half the thickness or a little more of the rail material so someone can plug weld the tab and slot and then grind flush. To give it a smooth finished looked. If you guys already planned to do that already then sorry to repeat. BTW great work!
