There is actually a ton of adjustability in the spoiler angle - although you have to change the length of the adjuster arms. The arms that we have on there right now are nearly fully "compressed" because this is where we are running for the time being and I didn't want a bunch of threads hanging sticking out. I can easily adjust the spoiler (as is, with these struts) to a more aggressive angle but don't feel that it's needed. By simply changing out the struts to 1" shorter version (or more) we can lay the spoiler down a bunch (it's actually surprising how adjustable it really is) but that's not a change I want to make randomly. One day (maybe this year) we'll take a day at the track and play with spoiler angles - first for speed and second for downforce. My personal opinon is that it's set up probably too agressively for mile shootouts and the Silver State Classic but I can't complain about how the car feels.
With respect to spoilers like this in general - do what you want for your car. Only you know what you want to get out of it and what you're going to be happy with.
