I had found a a rust free 72 camaro and when I ask for him throw in the frt. bumpers he said that was a deal brecker. He said I was asking for to much.So the hunt is still on. I still would like to have a 71-72 javelin to build but I really want a car that is driveable over the long haul. So a trans am javeiln will have to wait until I get a suitable power tour car. Scott.

Default Javalins

You know I'm in California and I used to know of a few that are in my little town. Rust isnt really an issue and there is a guy that has numerous Javalins. I could try to track him down and see if he still has them and is interested in letting one go

Getting cars from out west to the midwest is at minimum a grand or more, due to how good the steel is out there it's totally worth it, but still a big check to write before you even start the project.

I am seriously considering the purchase of another gen-1 Javelin shell from another member here, If anyone on here has a better way to ship, via rail container or something else please post.
